Paul Vernus is a PhD candidate in development economics at CERDI (Université Clermont Auvergne) and an affiliate of FERDI.
His thesis explores international solidarity in the financing of climate-resilient development in Africa, looking in particular at how evolving partnerships and EU–Africa relations can support the most vulnerable countries and regions.
